Squamish Canyon

Squamish Canyon is a locally operated nature attraction offering a new way to experience the beauty of Squamish and BC's coastal rainforest. Located along the Mamquam River, the experience combines a 1.5 km elevated boardwalk, dramatic canyon and waterfall viewpoints, interactive storytelling, family-friendly features, guided experiences, seasonal events, and the Forest Lounge Café.

Since opening, our goal has been to create an experience that makes nature more approachable and meaningful for a wider range of visitors. You don't need to be an experienced hiker to enjoy Squamish Canyon. Families, seniors, multigenerational groups, visitors from around the world and local residents can all experience the rainforest, learn about the surrounding ecosystem and take in the Mamquam Falls from a completely different perspective.

As a new business, we are also committed to becoming part of the community that we call home. We work with local partners, businesses and tourism organizations, create opportunities for local experiences and events, and continue to build relationships that help us better understand and share the natural and cultural story of this place.

Squamish Canyon represents a new chapter in Squamish's tourism landscape: an attraction designed around the idea that nature can be immersive without being inaccessible, educational without being formal, and memorable for people of all ages and abilities.
