Groms Physio + Co

Groms Physio + Co is a paediatric multidisciplinary clinic in Squamish built around one very simple idea: bring together really good humans who love helping kids, give them the support and autonomy to do great work, and create a workplace they actually enjoy being part of.

If we had to describe the culture at Groms in three words, it would probably be: magic, collaborative and vibes.

The funny thing is, “the vibes” were never something we intentionally set out to create. They grew naturally from the people who walked through our doors. Our team is made up of clinicians who genuinely care about kids, care about each other, and love the community they live in. That combination has created something pretty epic and special.

We believe strongly in an outdoor-first life. Our clinicians are parents, mountain bikers, skiers, trail runners, hikers, dog lovers, and adventurers. Work is important, but it should complement a full life rather than compete with it. Team members have flexibility to shape their schedules around their families, passions and personal lives, while still contributing meaningfully to the clinic and the kids they support.

Within the clinic, collaboration is part of everyday life. Clinicians pull each other into treatment rooms for second opinions, ask questions freely, share ideas, celebrate wins and learn through challenges together. There is no expectation that anyone should know everything. We have intentionally created a non-judgmental learning culture where asking for help is encouraged and where collaboration matters more than competition.

Professional growth is equally important. Groms offers mentorship, job shadowing, monthly case discussion dinners, continuing education support, course allowances and encouragement to develop specialty areas such as concussion, infant feeding, vestibular rehabilitation and paediatric niches. Clinicians are also supported to build programs around the things they are passionate about.

Most importantly, people have fun here.

Our families often describe what happens inside our Groms walls as “magical.” Kids laugh, move, learn and gain confidence in their bodies. That experience starts with the rad people providing solid care.

We are incredibly proud that Groms Physio + Co has become a place where clinicians can build meaningful careers, continue learning, have full lives outside of work and genuinely enjoy the people they work alongside, even becoming best friends.
