Glenne Campbell, a life long volunteer, is a passionate advocate for green spaces and community service.

As a Board member of the Brackendale Farmers Institute Society for many years, it has been her honour to provide leadership, commitment and enthusiasm to ensure that the not for profit society continues to grow and provide service to the community.

She has overseen the maintenance and availability of the Brackendale Farmers Institute Park (on Government Road) for everyone to enjoy year round.

With a professional background in film and special event management, she has played a lead role in the continued growth and success of the annual Brackendale Fall Fair which aims to gather families and friends together for a day of fun and celebration.

She has also volunteered for the past 22 years at the Brackendale Art Gallery. From cooking herring dinners, to working the door, to creating sketches of performers to gift to them, she enjoys every aspect of the creativity and uniqueness the BAG provides.

Glenne congratulates all the nominees of the Bill Manson Citizenship Award.
