Live4 Wellness is a proudly Indigenous-owned wellness company based in Squamish, BC, created with a mission to help people and communities feel better — one cup at a time. Our flagship product, Resilience LemonAide, is a powdered whole-food blend made entirely from freeze-dried foods — lemon, ginger, garlic, turmeric, onion, cayenne, honey, and dates — ingredients known to support immune strength and reduce inflammation naturally - and it works!

What began as a homemade recipe that I created for my own family more than ten years ago has evolved into a purpose-driven business that connects people through wellness, story, and shared experience. Every serving represents more than just a drink — it's a symbol of strength, healing, and the small daily choices that help us show up better for ourselves and for those around us.

Live4 Wellness was also born from my own healing journey — a personal commitment to break cycles of addiction, trauma, and disconnection. Over time, I learned how much our health reflects not just what we eat, but how we honor ourselves, listen to our bodies, and reconnect with balance. As I began to heal, I watched my mom start her own journey alongside me. Together, we found strength in shared wellness — in choosing nourishment, renewal, and faith. That experience became the foundation of Live4 Wellness: the belief that when one person begins to heal, it creates a ripple effect that can inspire families and whole communities to do the same.

Since launching in 2025, Live4 Wellness has grown through local markets, school pop-ups, community events, and national Indigenous gatherings. We've had the honor of sharing our blends with thousands of people — Elders, youth, families, and professionals — and hearing how the product has helped them feel better, ease inflammation and pain, and strengthen their resilience during cold and flu season. Beyond the physical benefits, the greatest impact has been the conversations that unfold — about wellness, balance, culture, and hope.

Live4 Wellness is rooted in the belief that individual healing supports community healing. As an Indigenous entrepreneur, my vision is to create products that nourish people while also building pathways for broader healing and empowerment. In the coming years, we will be developing the Live4 Healing Foundation, through which a portion of future profits will fund wellness and trauma-informed healing and treatment programs across Canada — helping communities reconnect with health, culture, and each other.
