Busy Sunflower Bakery & Café has been a cornerstone of the Squamish community, serving locals and visitors alike for years. Operating seven days a week, we provide a welcoming space where customers can enjoy fresh, delicious offerings made by a team of 30 dedicated employees from both local and international backgrounds. Our two locations are designed to be inviting, inclusive spaces where everyone—from long-time residents to tourists—can enjoy a warm atmosphere and a variety of culinary delights. Additionally, some of our staff also work at Noshy Café, showcasing our commitment to building strong community ties through collaboration. At busy Sunflower Bakery & Café, we pride ourselves not only on our food but also on our active role in the community. We are proud sponsors of the Squamish Off-Road Cycling Association (SORCA) and are deeply invested in supporting Squamish's vibrant outdoor culture, including the Squamish Nation Youth Mountain Bike Program. These initiatives help foster a sense of unity and encourage a love for our beautiful surroundings among the younger generation. Our community involvement doesn't stop there. We are honored to support the Canadian Olympic Team, reflecting our belief in the power of perseverance and excellence—values we uphold in our own operations. We also contribute to the Squamish Hospice, offering our resources and time to support an essential service that provides comfort to those in need. In addition, Busy Sunflower Bakery & Café donates supplies to all local schools, reinforcing our commitment to education and youth development in Squamish. At the end of our day any leftover food is donated to Helping Hands Society.
