NDY Contracting & Development is a locally owned and operated general contracting and development management firm based in Squamish, proudly serving the Sea to Sky region and beyond. What began as a small team of tradespeople has grown into a dynamic company with over ten employees, offering full construction management through our Contracting division and complete lifecycle development management through our Development team.
Our work spans a wide range of project types: multi-family residential, commercial tenant improvements, retail and office spaces, fitness facilities, restaurants, storage, and large commercial renovations. Regardless of project size, our focus remains the same: to deliver value, precision, and spaces that serve their purpose for years to come.
NDY's growth has been built on leadership, integrity, and community trust. We've helped shape Squamish's evolving landscape through projects that support both local business and community wellbeing. Our team has proudly partnered on projects such as the North Shore Medical Imaging Clinic, bringing much-needed diagnostic care to the region, and continued work with PearlSpace, delivering safe transition housing, office improvements, and a refresh of Pearl's Value & Vintage. We've also built and shaped spaces for well-loved local businesses, including Cleveland Meats, Cedar Rock, Airhouse, Taka Ramen, and Gescan.
This year, NDY has expanded into development management, helping clients deliver affordable housing projects that meet the urgent needs of growing communities. We align strategy with execution, offering a grounded, transparent approach that has earned long-term partnerships with clients across both the public and private sectors.
Our success is deeply tied to our people. NDY is committed to building careers, not just projects. We've implemented structured HR systems that track employee goals and support advancement through education, training, and apprenticeships. Many of our current leaders began as apprentices and have grown into roles such as Leading Hand, Site Supervisor, and Project Manager.
